We list all sorts of homes in all sorts of communities. The only difference our Select Community properties often qualify for additional promotions such as a reduced commission rate of 4.49% or a free Seller Home Warranty.
The Buyer Rebate is typically offered for homes located in WorldSelect Communities and for New Construction. If you already know which home or the Community you want to live in, simply ask us if it qualifies for the Rebate.

Complete the Buyer Rebate Registration Form
Tell us the Home or the Community you are interested in
Visit the home with a member of the WorldSelect Team
Consult with your WorldSelect about making an offer
Once accepted and all contingencies are satisfied the closing is scheduled
At closing, we cut you a check or offer the equivalent amount as a credit to reduce your purchase price.
The Rebate amount is based on the sale price of the home as follows: 1% if selling price is between 375-500k and 2% is sale price is above 500k. The rebate is contingent upon WorldSelect receiving a 3% commisson at closing. If our commission is only 2%, than the rebate is pro-rated accordingly.
One Percent (1%) if the sale price is between 375-500k
Two Percent (2%) if the sale price is above 500k.
